Dr. Rowe creates and delivers training programs for business, industry, government, and the professions. She provides tools for enabling clients to increase performance by developing strong management skills and building effective teams. Her innovative and enthusiastic presentation style has generated a high demand for her services. Dr. Rowe also facilitates retreats and meetings, helping the group stay focused and energized.

A unique blend of corporate trainer, educator, and public speaker, Alice Rowe has worked in her profession for over twenty years and has consulted with over 100 diverse organizations, including government agencies, small businesses, mill and factory companies, professional associations, oil and engineering firms, churches, and colleges. She designs her own materials, which have included a 40-hour training course entitled Supervision and Group Performance which was adapted by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management and used nationwide. As an educator, Dr. Rowe has taught on the community, college, and masters level.

Participants in Alice's training sessions appreciate her warmth, her genuine concern for people, and her humor. Her passion for helping people work better together, combined with her hands-on practical style has direct application to skills needed in the workplace.

In addition, Dr. Rowe delivers dynamic keynote addresses about women and achievement, based on her book, Where Have All the Smart Women Gone?, which grew out of her doctoral study of American women. In her book, Dr. Rowe examines the lives of these woment and finds they often lead lives of impossible duality. Expected to use their talents to achieve success while still fulfilling traditional societal roles, these women feel pushed and pulled in conflicting directions. Her book as well as her keynote addresses offer insight and inspiration into resolving this conflict.

Dr. Rowe lives north of Seattle in Bellingham, Washington. She continues to focus her energies on developing presentations and seminars that respond to the contemporary needs of men and women in the workplace.
